Between 22 and 26 June Electroalfa participated as exhibitor in the Regional Energy Forum for Central and Eastern Europe- FOREN 2014, which took place at the Palace of Parliament in Bucharest.
Organized once every two years, the event theme was the „Tomorrow’s Energy: from vision to reality”. FOREN 2014 meant: the Regional Energy Day, the Energy Trilemma Conference, round tables, workshops, sessions of scientific communications and a technical exhibition of national and foreign companies in the field. The topics discussed in the conferences and workshops focused on the latest technological developments in the energy field, the future perspectives of the electricity sector, oil and natural gas, charcoal, nuclear energy, renewable energy sources.
This year’s 12th edition was an anniversary edition, marking 90 years since the establishment of the National Romanian Committee of the World Energy Council (CNR-CME), the event organizer. CNR – CME is a non-governmental organization, member of the World Energy Council, and its main scope of activity is the promotion of sustainable development of the energy in Romania and the effective utilization of the resources of all types of energy.
