“A Different Kind of School”- The week for non-formal activities made the perfect setting for students in Botosani to be able to observe Electroalfa manufacturing units. Students taking part were enrolled in the 8th grade at the A.T. Laurian National College in Botosani.
This week, students accompanied by teachers made a visit to the Ironworks Factory. They had the opportunity to see how different products are manufactured from plate, such as electricity panels or non-standardized ironworks. Students showed their interest in technologies used: painting in electrostatic field, the welding robot, laser cutting tools, casting of polyurethane fittings, calking.
Every year, Electroalfa offers students in technical high schools the change to perform practice stages within their factories in Botosani. Also, senior university students enrolled at technical faculties may apply for summer internships.
