At the same time, this achievement once again demonstrates that the capital market successfully fulfills its role as a catalyst for the growth of the Romanian entrepreneurial environment. I congratulate the entire EAI team for their sustained growth pace and wish them continued success as a listed company,” said Remus Vulpescu, CEO of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
"The inclusion in the BET index marks an important milestone in our journey as a listed company. It demonstrates investor confidence in the fundamentals of Electro-Alfa International’s business and our ability to deliver on the objectives presented during the IPO. Following our listing, investor interest has been reflected in the liquidity and stock price performance of our shares. In the six months since our listing, we have completed a couple of strategic acquisitions we committed to. Moving forward, we are focusing on integrating these into the Electro-Alfa International ecosystem and strengthening our position, both locally and internationally, as a provider of comprehensive solutions for energy infrastructure," said Ștefan Petrea, CEO of Electro-Alfa International.
