Bucharest, June 22, 2026 – Alfa New Protocol Engineering (ANPE), a company developed through a partnership between Electro-Alfa International and New Protocol Group, announces the appointment of George Căpățînă, a leader with over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, as Chief Executive Officer.

George Căpățînă will coordinate the company's development and consolidation strategy on the Romanian and regional markets, with a focus on providing high-quality engineering services for energy infrastructure, renewable energy projects and industrial applications, aimed to developers, investors, EPC contractors and operators in the energy sector.
