Botosani | Bucharest, June 11, 2026 – Electro-Alfa International (BVB: EAI), a leading Romanian manufacturer of electrical equipment and provider of EPC and IT services, listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, has completed the acquisition of SPIACT Craiova and Electro Alfa CM (Metal Fabrications). The two acquisitions, worth over EUR 9mn, are strategic for the company's long-term growth and were outlined in the listing prospectus. Electro-Alfa International owns 51% of the shares of SPIACT Craiova and 33% of the share capital of Electro Alfa CM.

Electro Alfa CM (Metal Fabrications) specializes in manufacturing industrial metal equipment, boxes, and cabinets for electrical equipment, produced in its own factory in Botosani for both the local market and international partners. The company has a tradition of over 30 years, starting its activity in 1995. Currently, Electro Alfa CM operates a production facility of about 10,000 sqm and has a team of around 230 employees. Thanks to modern production capabilities and high-quality standards, over 75% of its production is destined for foreign markets, making the company a trusted partner for clients in numerous European countries.

Electro-Alfa International shares are traded on Bucharest Stock Exchange’s Regulated Market, under the ticker symbol EAI, since March 3, 2026. The company successfully completed an IPO in February 2026, attracting net proceeds of RON 544.3mn.
