Electro-Alfa International is a company with majority Romanian capital, with over 35 years of experience in the development and supply of equipment, solutions and services for energy infrastructure. The company is one of the main players in the energy industry in Romania, with a consolidated presence on both the local and international markets.
Electro-Alfa International shares are listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) since March 3, 2026, under the ticker EAI, being included in the Premium Tier of the Regulated Market.
The company’s listing was carried out following an initial public offering (IPO) worth almost RON 580mn (EUR 115mn). The offering closed earlier than programed, thus, becoming the first IPO in the history of the Romanian capital market to close early, as a result of the very high interest shown by retail and institutional investors.
