JOB ANNOUNCEMENT – LAWYER
To complete our legal team, we are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and solution-driven colleague to provide legal support to all departments and ensure compliance with the legislative framework applicable to the company's activities.
Ideal Candidate
- Higher education degree in Law;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate or industrial environment;
- Solid knowledge of commercial, civil, labor, and administrative law;
- Excellent communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide pragmatic solutions;
- English language proficiency – intermediate/advanced level.
Main Responsibilities
- Providing legal advice to all company departments;
- Drafting, analyzing, and vetting commercial contracts, addenda, conventions, and other legal documents;
- Representing the company in relations with authorities, public institutions, and external partners, when necessary;
- Representing the company in court for assigned cases;
- Monitoring legislative changes and informing management of their potential impact;
- Developing and implementing internal procedures, standards, and policies (confidentiality, conflict of interest, professional ethics, etc.);
- Ensuring legal compliance in the company’s day-to-day operations.
