Electro-Alfa International, a 100% Romanian-owned company with over 34 years of experience, announces its intention to launch an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for 65,990,507 newly issued shares as part of a share capital increase. The offering will proceed following the approval of the Prospectus by the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF). Upon completion, the Company will apply for its shares to be admitted to trading on the regulated market managed by the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB). 2019
Electroalfa marks a significant moment in its international expansion strategy with the successful completion of its first major project in Europe: "Connection Points and Power Transformers for an Energy Storage Park in England."
2024
Electroalfa has formed a strategic alliance with SGB-SMIT Group, a European leader in transformer manufacturing. This collaboration has culminated in the inauguration of the SGB-ALFA factory in Botoșani.
