Announcement of Intention to List on Stock

Electro-Alfa International, a 100% Romanian-owned company with over 34 years of experience, announces its intention to launch an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for 65,990,507 newly issued shares as part of a share capital increase. The offering will proceed following the approval of the Prospectus by the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF). Upon completion, the Company will apply for its shares to be admitted to trading on the regulated market managed by the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB). 1991

Founded in 1991 by a Romanian engineer with a strategic vision, Mr. Gheorghe Ciubotaru, the first company of the Electroalfa Group marked the beginning of a strong commitment to innovation and performance in the industry.

1995

1995 - Building on its strong growth in the local market, Electroalfa has strengthened its national presence by opening its first branch in Bucharest, the capital of Romania.

1998

Our steadfast commitment to quality is attested by our ISO 9001 management system certification from prestigious organizations such as TUV, CERT, and SRAC.

2006

Electroalfa expanded nationally with new branches in Cluj and Iași. The company also solidifies its market position by securing its first general contracting projects.

2012

To streamline operations and support growth, the company reorganized into a new business structure, comprised of the specialized divisions: Electrical Equipment and Contracting.

2016

To mark its 25th anniversary, a significant milestone in its history, Electroalfa embarked on a new strategic phase by implementing a management style based on Kaizen principles.

2019

Electroalfa marks a significant moment in its international expansion strategy with the successful completion of its first major project in Europe: "Connection Points and Power Transformers for an Energy Storage Park in England."

2024

Electroalfa has formed a strategic alliance with SGB-SMIT Group, a European leader in transformer manufacturing. This collaboration has culminated in the inauguration of the SGB-ALFA factory in Botoșani.
