- > Negotiates commercial conditions with internal/external suppliers
- > Negotiates and suggest framework or specific contracts with the suppliers Maintains and constantly updates lists with potential suppliers of equipment and materials, maintains and develops commercial relationships with the suppliers, follows up on their evolution on the market.
- > Ensures delivery of raw materials and equipment from the suppliers, as well as an optimum level of stocks;
- > Issues and follows up on supply orders (including final reception) Ensures correspondence with suppliers in view of the proper performance of the supply process
- > Identifies optimum solutions for the transport of raw materials from the suppliers who fail to ensure this service, following the transport process until its finalization
- > Makes sure that at the moment of reception the purchased goods are accompanied by the required documents (delivery note, invoice) and quality certificate (conformity declaration/warranty certificates) and makes them available for the reception commission
- > Participates to inventory actions
- > Signals the latest variations of the acquisition prices
- > Checks the validity period and updates the price lists from the suppliers in the informatic system
- > Draws up reports/statistic situations at the request of the direct manager
